1 Bowl Chocolate Mousse Recipe
Tofu can be anything!
This is such an easy and delicious recipe. It can be used for cake icing and can be piled really high or just eaten as mousse.
Vegan Chocolate Mousse
12 oz dark chocolate
1 package (2 x 125 g) silken tofu
1/4 cup milk (almond, soy, whatever)
2 Tbsp corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Melt chocolate. Add all ingredients to chocolate and blend with an immersion blender. Cover and set in the fridge.
This is nice to use right out of the fridge or can be whipped beforehand.
Mint chocolate mousse: Replace vanilla extract with mint extract.
Mocha mousse: Dissolve 1 Tbsp instant coffee in milk before adding.
